Daniel D. McCabe began working with Steven Adler in 2009 when the firm was known as Axelrod & Adler. Starting in 2015, the firm changed its name to Adler & McCabe in recognition of Attorney McCabe’s contributions. Attorney McCabe’s main practice areas include personal injury, motorcycle crashes, and workers’ compensation. Over his career, he has helped secure millions of dollars in settlements and benefits for injured Vermonters.
Attorney McCabe graduated from Vermont Law School, magna cum laude, and was an Articles Editor for the Vermont Journal of Environmental Law. He also completed Vermont Law School’s General Practice Program and was awarded several Academic Excellence Awards. Attorney McCabe is licensed to practice in Vermont and New Hampshire, in both State and Federal Courts.
Mr. McCabe grew up in Lyndonville and Essex Junction, Vermont, and graduated from the University of Vermont in 2004. After receiving his bachelor’s degree, he took classes at Vermont Technical College in automotive technologies and passed ASE tests in Electricity/Electronics, Engine Repair, and Manual Transmissions.
Mr. McCabe lives with his wife and their two children in St. Johnsbury. Apart from his commitments to his family, career, and the community, he spends time doing carpentry projects, mechanic work, and hunting.
